We want to assure you that, despite these uncertain times, your horse’s care remains one of our top priorities. In order to keep you and our staff safe, we have a few new policies:
If you have recently traveled outside of the county, or are experiencing any fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please arrange for another person to be present for your horse’s appointment.
Please limit appointments to one person only, and remain 10 feet away from the doctor and technician as much as possible.
If your appointment is at the clinic, please call the office at (209) 524-9191 to check in on arrival, rather than come into the office.
You will be asked to tie the horse, if possible, or to to hand the horse off to a technician. Once your horse’s appointment is complete, the technician will either tie the horse or hand the horse back to you.
Payment can be made a few different ways:
Call in a credit card over the phone in advance. We can call you for approval before running the card.
A check or cash can be collected from you by the doctor.
We will still be able to collect in-person credit card payments, if necessary.
Please use hand sanitizer, wash your hands frequently, and wear a cloth mask if possible. If you do not have a cloth mask, one may be provided.
If you would like to refill your horse’s medication, please call the office to order.
Refills can still be mailed out, although please allow for slower than usual arrival times.
If you would like to receive your refill in person, please call the office upon arrival and we will bring it to your vehicle.
